Hi, welcome.
I wanted to take a minute or two to introduce myself to those of you who don’t yet know me and let you know what to expect from my Positive Mindset Newsletter
But, first of all, thank you so much for subscribing. I’m so pleased to have you here.
About me
I’m Wendy, often known as Coach Wendy. I’m a Mindset Coach, Law of Attraction Practitioner, EFT Master Practitioner and even an Energy Healer for Pets.
My biggest passion though is writing. And I love that I get to combine all of these things here to share my no-fluff tips with you.
I’ll be sharing all kinds of tips to help with self-improvement and mindset. The bottom line is that I want you to feel great about yourself and your life.
Most of the time, I’m a really practical kind of person. I’m not into woo-woo stuff. I don’t like fluff, so I won’t do fluff here. I’ll just give you practical tips that you’ll be able to use yourself.
I may seem like I’m going off on a tangent sometimes but I usually have a point that’s connected with the theme of what I’m writing about.
Randoms
I do like my randoms. Random facts - I’m a very proud mum to a human, a cat and a dog. I love chocolate, tulips, mini-cows, and when the weather is warm enough for me to wear shorts and sandals… And I’m a bit obsessed with the weather. Please humour me when I ask where you are and what the weather’s doing. It makes me happy.
I live in Lincolnshire, England. And I love the sight of Lincoln Cathedral - You can see it from miles away. It’s beautiful.

My Positive Mindset Newsletter goes out every Tuesday and occasionally I’ll drop in a BONUS newsletter such as this one QUICK & EASY EFT GUIDE
I also have a paid newsletter which goes out every Sunday. A preview is sent out to free subscribers. You are welcome to make use of the free 7-day trial at any stage.

Who is this for?
If you want to receive positive mindset tips and techniques and hear about how I’m using these tips myself, this is the place for you.
I got into coaching to improve my own life and the way I felt. People often assume that I have it all together and my life is perfect. The reality is often quite different.
I am mostly a super positive person but not always and the only reason I stay positive most of the time is because I make it a priority to work on my mindset.
I know without this I can easily get very anxious and overwhelmed.
Going off on a tangent warning!!!
When my son was young he liked the Lemony Snicket Series of Unfortunate Events book and later the film.
Right at the beginning of the story, the children become orphans. The children go from random family members and at one point end up with an auntie.
There’s a scene where one of the children is standing in front of the big fridge. The auntie says “Don’t stand in front of the fridge, it might fall over!”
I’m not quite this bad but if I let my mind go freefall, I would be pretty close.
Who it’s not for
It’s not for you if you need all the sciencey facts behind what I’m saying. I’m not that person. I have years of experience in the positive mindset arena and I am constantly learning.
I speak from my own experience and never expect you to just believe something because I tell you about it, instead, I encourage you to give things I suggest a try for yourself and see what happens.
