Wouldn’t it be wonderful if every day was a day that we absolutely loved?
Now, this isn’t a fantasy idea that’s unachievable, it’s more about a mindset shift.
It’s about creating more and more pockets of time in your daily life that you love.
It’s about focusing your attention on the thing you love about your life already.
Here’s a law of attraction snippet for you to think about
The more you focus your attention on the things you already love about yourself and about your life, the more of a match you become for manifesting more things you love.
Start with one thing you love about your life - Really focus on it. Express gratitude for it and let that feeling multiply.
Let’s say that in a 5-hour time span during your day where you’re maybe doing a job you’re not keen on but there’s one thing in that 5 hours that you do like. Focus on that one thing.
Add pockets of joy into your life
Whenever I talk about joy, I get comments about it being an old-fashioned word. Well, I want you to make it a keyword and a priority feeling.
I want you to add as much joy to your daily life as possible.
Try this…
Make a list of all the little things you do on a regular basis that you enjoy. Focus on what bring joy into your daily life.
Here are some of the things I enjoy every day…
A shower
Putting my moisturiser on
Time with my pets
Connecting with family and friends
Looking at the flowers in my garden
Writing
Nice smells
As you can see, we’re not looking for huge WOW moments. Whilst they are amazing and wonderful. This exercise is more about adding lots and lots of little joy pockets into your day. And doing this every day.
You can see that I’ve added taking a shower to my list of things I enjoy. Now, I could jump in the shower, wash my hair and body and get out. But I don’t.
I focus on the feeling of the water on my body, and the wonderful smell of my shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. I imagine the water washing away anything that no longer serves me well so that I am free to live a wonderful life.
I’m focusing on really enjoying this time and I’m grateful for this time.
REMEMBER: What you focus your attention on with feeling is what you attract into your life. FOCUS ON THE GOOD STUFF.

Fill your mind with positive messages daily
I know I talk about affirmations all the time and for good reason. I really want you to fill your mind with positive messages - Affirmations and afformations are great for this.
Affirmations are positive statements such as - I love filling my life with pockets of joy every day.
Afformations are questions that kind of trick your subconscious mind - Why is my day-to-day life so full of joy?
