Are you allowing the things you want?
Let's do a little checklist together to make sure that you're not blocking the things you want in life?
I’m going to assume that you’ve already taken the time to get clear about what you want - The life you want.
If you need any help with this, I highly recommend that you read - How to balance and improve all areas of your life. This article will help you focus on what’s really important to you.
Make sure that your thoughts and beliefs are allowing you the life you want
It’s thought that the average human has around 60,000 thoughts a day. That’s a lot right?
Now, I’m not going to suggest that you monitor every single thought, but I am encouraging you to pay attention to prominent thoughts as you go about your day.
Make sure your thoughts are supporting you.
Your thoughts are also a good indication as to what beliefs you hold.
You want to work to release limiting beliefs that don’t support you and build positive, empowering thoughts that do support you.
Tools to use to help with this…
Affirmations - Positive, usually present tense statements. AFFIRM something that is already true that you want or Affirm things that you want to be true. Example: I am confident. Learn more about Affirmations
Afformations - Questions that suggest something is already true for you even when it isn’t. Example: Why is it so easy for me to achieve my goals?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is fantastic for releasing limiting beliefs and building new beliefs to support you. Here’s my free EFT GUIDE and I have a special printable download to help release limiting beliefs. (ETSY SHOP)

Work on feeling the way you would if you already had the thing you want
I hear lots of people say things like…
When I have more money, I’ll feel secure
When I’m slim I’ll feel more confident
When I’m in a relationship, I’ll feel happy
Nope. It’s the wrong way to think of it. Get the feelings now.
Imagine that you already have what you want. How would you feel? Get that feeling now.
Again, affirmations, afformations and EFT can help a great deal with this. I encourage you to use these tools daily.
I also encourage you to do unrelated things that you enjoy. The better you feel in yourself and about all areas of your life, the easier it becomes for you to manifest what you want.

Is your lifestyle allowing the things you want?
The law of attraction responds to your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, the things you say and the things you do.
With the tools I’ve already shared, you can work on the first four.
The part a lot of people forget about is the things you do.
You need to create a lifestyle that is aligned with the things you want to attract into your life.
For example, if you want to build a successful business, you need to take relevant action and show up consistently.
If you want to improve your health then you need to make lifestyle changes to support you.
You’ve got this! Allow the life you want.
