For me it's being consistent. I get derailed so easily. My mind goes super negative and LoA goes out the window. I'm my own worst enemy(something I need to stop saying I know!) xx

I think it might be a good idea to focus on feeling positive more for now then rather than focusing on manifesting something specific.

I encourage you to start by focusing on shifting thoughts. Use spot it and swap it. spot a negative thought and feeling and swap it for something better feeling. Use affirmations and EFT Tapping to do this.

I also recommend starting a daily practice of gratitude. You can use a journal or do it in your mind. Focus on 3 things each day that you're grateful for, specific to that day.

This is a fantastic starting point.

The goal is not to feel super positive all the time.

Instead, aim to spot those negative thoughts and feelings quickly, acknowledge them, and move to a better-feeling thought as quickly as possible.

Great to see more Law of Attraction content on substack! I just joined about a week ago and still seeking out publications to follow.

The word that comes to mind for me from your article is lifestyle - living the aligned life as a lifestyle rather than LOA being a hack to get what we want. A never ending journey of our own unfolding which in turns keeps leading us to a more and more delicious reality 😋.
