Hello, I hope your week’s going really well so far.
Today I want to share my latest YouTube video with you. I’m not going to lie, this one was a little emotional for me to make. But it’s something I really wanted to share with you.
For those of you who don’t know too much about me, here’s a little rundown connected to the story and information I share in the video.
I’m a certified Law of Attraction Practitioner. What this means is that I studied the law of attraction and have a certificate to say I completed a series of training and real-life coaching practice.
In reality, I’ve been studying the law of attraction and putting it into practice for well over 15 years.
It helped me to change my life and the way I feel about myself in ways I could never have imagined.
It didn’t always make sense to me what showed up at the time, but I do believe the law of attraction is always working, even if it sometimes seems like it’s working against me.
I’d love you to give it a watch. Just a heads up, you don’t need to be over 40 to watch. I first learned about the law of attraction in my late 30s. I just wanted to share some thoughts on how learning at this time presented its own blocks for me personally. Here’s a really common law of attraction statement…
The law of attraction gives you what you focus on, wanted or not!
There’s more to it than this, but this is certainly worth keeping in mind. Focus on what you want to be your reality.
Here’s a great power question that I love to use.
If I don’t want this, what do I want?
So, I know a whole lot about the law of attraction. I’ve used it in my own life to create some pretty big life changes, and I used it to love myself and believe in myself.
But… yes, there’s a but in my case.
Knowing how something works and actually making it a consistent part are different.
I think of the law of attraction like healthy living.
I absolutely know what I need to do to live a healthier life - This involves far less chocolate and, well, it’s not happening right now.
Same thing with the law of attraction.
Moving from a place where I didn’t like myself very much and didn’t like the way I was showing up in life or the life I was living… That was pretty easy for me to work on. I already had experience of loving myself, believing in myself and living the life I wanted.
I just used the law of attraction to get back to that point.
Using the law of attraction to manifest something I have a gazillion limiting beliefs about is a whole different story. I focus on it for a while, see some improvement in the area and then life kind of takes over again.
I’m okay with this. I’m on a journey, and it’s one that I’ve enjoyed.
Now, I’m at a stage in my life where I want to focus more on fine-tuning things and letting go of those old beliefs that no longer serve me well.

For me it's being consistent. I get derailed so easily. My mind goes super negative and LoA goes out the window. I'm my own worst enemy(something I need to stop saying I know!) xx
Great to see more Law of Attraction content on substack! I just joined about a week ago and still seeking out publications to follow.
The word that comes to mind for me from your article is lifestyle - living the aligned life as a lifestyle rather than LOA being a hack to get what we want. A never ending journey of our own unfolding which in turns keeps leading us to a more and more delicious reality 😋.
