Combine any affirmation with EFT tapping to release any resistance to the affirmations and it helps to raise your vibrations making you more of a match for what you’re saying.
Positive EFT session
Before you start, take a minute to get really clear about the day ahead and what it would take for it to be a fantastic day.
Now, I’m not saying that if you do this EFT tapping you can completely transform your day. But, what you can do is improve your energy and mindset to support you in having the best day possible.
For example, a few minutes of positive EFT isn’t likely to make you a millionaire if you’re currently struggling to pay bills. But working on your energy flow and mindset puts you in a better place to improve your current situation and deal with it in a much more positive way.

Start tapping the side of your hand and say why you’re tapping.
Side of the hand: I’m tapping today to have a really fantastic day
Top of the head: Today is a fantastic day
Forehead: I’m feeling fantastic
Eyebrow: Today is a fantastic day
Side of the eye: I’m feeling fantastic
Under the eye: Today is a fantastic day
Tip of the nose: I’m feeling fantastic
Under the nose: Today is a fantastic day
Collarbone: I’m feeling fantastic
Side of the hand: Today is a fantastic day
Take a deep breath in, release and smile. You are amazing.
Repeat as many times as you want.
