I use both of these to help me manifest and feel my best every day.
That looks different from day to day. Some days, I’ll do a few quick sessions tapping the side of my hand. Some days I’ll spend well over an hour on an EFT session.
I encourage you to use EFT daily to help you feel your best. A great way to do this is to combine it with an affirmation or a collection of affirmations.
Choose your affirmation
Choose any affirmation you want. Most importantly, choose an affirmation that really means something to you.
Combine it with EFT
You can tap the side of the hand or place your hands in the heart-healing position, or work through all the EFT points.
When you have just a minute, tap the side of your hand.
When you have more time, do several EFT rounds.
Each time you combine your affirmation with EFT, you release any low energy or limiting beliefs and you raise your vibrations, allowing you to be more and more of a match for manifesting what you want (your affirmation).
