Take a breath, refocus and smile

Reset your mind.

Hi, Happy Tuesday. Thanks for joining me today.

I really hope as you read this newsletter that you’re having a lovely day and feeling great.

If you are my tip for you right now is to take a breath and anchor the feeling.

What I mean by this is to acknowledge it. Embrace the feeling. Let the Universe know “Yes, I like this. I want this. Keep giving me opportunities to feel this way.”

Be grateful. Enjoy.

If you’re a little low, try this.

Take a deep breath in, and slowly release.

Put your hand on your heart and repeat.

REFOCUS.

What do you want?

Reset your mind. Put your focus on what you want.

Remember that power question: If I don’t want this, what do I want?

or, If I don’t want to feel like this, how do I want to feel?

• Get clear about what you want and how you want to feel

• Focus on it as if you already have it

• Use affirmations to support you - Read my Quick and Easy affirmations guide if you need ideas

• Use EFT tapping to increase the feelings you want - Read my Quick and Easy EFT tapping guide.

• Visualize what you want as if you already have it and focus on feeling the way you want.

• Write it out as you want it as if you already have it. Describe it in detail.

• Try hypnosis downloads to help build the emotions you want or change behaviours (let me know if you want a recommendation).

And my favourite tip for you is always - Do things you enjoy.

When you spend time doing things you enjoy, you raise your vibrations and this makes you more of a match for attracting things you want.

3 things I love about Springtime

For those of you who are not in Springtime, please drop me a message telling me where you are and what season it is where you are.

1. Lambs. I am so lucky to live in a rural area. I only need to drive for a short distance in any direction to see fields of sheep and at this special time of year lambs. If I’m super lucky, I catch them leaping and what a lovely sight that is.

2. Ducks. Now, I don’t know what kind of ducks you have near you but at this time of year, the ducks go wandering and they clearly believe they own the whole of my village. I haven’t seen any ducklings yet but I’m sure they’ll be along very soon.

3. Daffodils and tulips. My two favourite flowers.
