That's a good list of questions!

Yes, I do set goals, and I'm working on them right now.

I really like the idea of reassesssing and tweaking, and I'll be discussing that in a post that I'm publishing on Sunday.

This is so interesting!

What is your approach to conducting a Yearly Review? What kind of questions do you ask yourself?

Hi Katherine. It seems to get more simplified each year.

Where am I right now?

What's working?

What's not?

What do I want to achieve in the next year?

What do I want to focus my attention on to achieve this?

...

I review things monthly as well and sometimes even weekly.

I try to stick with a set plan for a minimum of 3 months to give things time to build.

If something doesn't seem to be working after a couple of weeks, I might look at whether I can tweak things slightly.

If it's an action goal and I'm not taking the action, then I'll look at things like...

Is my why strong enough? Does it matter enough to me?

Do I have limiting beliefs that are holding me back or some other mindset or energy block?

That's pretty much it Katherine. Feel free to take anything you want from this.

Do you set goals?

Thank you. Goal setting is generally seen in terms of win or fail and mostly the achievements made are overlooked if the goal isn't 100% achieved.
