Pay Attention To Your Thoughts
They give you signs of limiting beliefs that don't support you.
Hi, Happy Tuesday. Thanks for being here with me today.
I want to talk about limiting belief.
We’re all picking up beliefs throughout our lives from being a tiny baby.
Some beliefs are helpful and support us and some are unhelpful and can block us from the life we want.
Before I get into today’s newsletter, I want to let you know about an upcoming change.
I am currently sending out a preview of my Sunday Empowerment Newsletters, I will no longer be doing this every week.
The Empowerment Newsletters are an extra for paying subscribers.
My Positive Mindset Newsletters will still be going out weekly (usually on a Tuesday).

Back to our thoughts and beliefs.
You know that little voice in your head. That’s giving you strong signals about your beliefs and whether they support you or block you.
Here’s an example.
You’re offered an exciting but scary opportunity. Scary because you’ve never done it before.
If that little voice in your head is saying something like “Ooh, that sounds scary, Better not risk it. I can’t do something like that.” This is a signal that you have a limiting belief. This could block you from something that could be a wonderful experience for you.
If the voice in your head is saying “Whoop, Whoop, go me. I can do this!” You’re good to go and your thoughts and beliefs are supporting you.
Here’s the good news
Your thoughts and beliefs can be changed.
You can deliberately fill your mind with thoughts and messages that support you.
Affirmations are positive statements such as I’m calm and confident, I feel calm and confident, I love feeling so calm and confident.
Say the statements as if you already have what you want.

Whilst I believe there’s more to it (the way you feel and your beliefs play a big part too) - I do believe that our thoughts are incredibly powerful, so I encourage you to work on getting them to be as supportive as possible for you.
