Hi, well I hope you’re feeling much better than I am. I’ve been full of cold and I’m not going to lie to you, I’ve been feeling pretty sorry for myself. But, I am on the mend and feeling much more myself now
Whilst I’ve been a Mindset Coach for many years now, I love sharing things I’ve picked up from other Coaches.
I remember during my Law of Attraction Practitioners Training, one of the students asked “Do we really need more coaches?”
The tutor replied “YES!” His reason was that we all have a different voice and different life experiences. That’s why I will never stop learning and being inspired by other amazing coaches from around the world.

One thing stood out for me and that’s what I want to share with you today.
I often talk about affirmations and the power of our words and thoughts.
Small changes to our wording can have a huge impact.
In Teri’s newsletter, she talks about changing I am a strong, independent woman to I am a phenomenal woman.
This hit home for me.
You see, I do consider myself a strong, independent woman but when we explore this message, we are actually saying I can do everything on my own. I don’t need anyone else.
So, I’m taking on board Teri’s suggestion and swapping this to “I’m a phenomenal woman!” and it’s feeling really good.
I am a phenomenal woman.
Explore your affirmations
I’m not a fan of having huge lists of affirmations. Instead, I prefer to have a few key messages.
What I encourage you to do is write a few key affirmations that you like and then explore them.
Are they really saying what you want? Could the affirmations be blocking you in any way? Could you improve them?

Afformation: Why am I so blessed?
EFT TIP: Start by placing your hands in the heart healing position and state why you're tapping "I'm tapping today to feel blessed.2
Then gently tap through the EFT points and simply say "Feeling Blessed"

How To Use EFT For Self-Love
Hi, I’m so pleased to share my ideas with you today about using EFT tapping or Emotional Freedom Techniques to help increase feelings of self-love. I know from personal experience how wonderfully it works. There was a time when I had very little self-love going on and through mindset work such as using affirmations and energy work - EFT I consistently increased feelings of self-love and this is so important for ALL of us.
Why I'll Never Tell You To Get Up And Work On Your Goals At 5 AM
I am so sick of hearing that successful people get up at 5 am. You know, you’ve seen the headlines… 6 Things Successful People Do That You Don’t! I cringe as I click to read, watch or listen. I do so knowing that I’m going to regret it. The second I hear something along the lines of success people get up early and get things done (meaning they get on with working on their goals or creating a supercharged mindset for success in the wee-small hours… I’m out.
That’s it from me for today. I’m taking my own advice that I so often offer to others. Make sure you take care of yourself first.
That’s exactly what I’m going to do now.
I’m going to have a nice soak in the bath and then find a good film to watch.
