How To Use EFT For Self-Love
EFT is a powerful energy tool that allows you to improve feelings of self-love.
Hi, I’m so pleased to share my ideas with you today about using EFT tapping or Emotional Freedom Techniques to help increase feelings of self-love.
I know from personal experience how wonderfully it works.
There was a time when I had very little self-love going on and through mindset work such as using affirmations and energy work - EFT I consistently increased feelings of self-love and this is so important for ALL of us.
Have you ever heard people say “Well, she loves herself doesn’t she?” in a really negative way?
It’s almost thought of as shameful or something bad to love yourself and we absolutely must change this idea.
I get where it comes from. Mostly it refers to someone who presents themselves as if they believe that they’re better than everyone else.
But that’s not really self-love.
Self-love is an inner feeling and it’s a very, very positive thing.
When you FEEL self-love, this impacts all areas of your life in a very good way.
EFT FOR YOU
The reason I love EFT so much is that this is a powerful energy technique that you can use yourself without any special training.
If you’re new to EFT - here’s my QUICK AND SIMPLE EFT GUIDE
EFT can be as simple as placing your hands over the middle of your chest and breathing into your energy flow. Or tapping the side of your hand.
An EFT session can be as short as under a minute to over an hour.
The thing that I want you to remember is that ALL EFT - ALL ENERGY WORK will improve your energy flow and help you to feel better.
So with that in mind let’s do some EFT.
TIP: Drink some water, stand up and shake your arms, legs and roll your head gently this all helps with improving your energy flow.
