Hello, I’m keeping today’s newsletter short today.
But, I’m hoping that you’ll respond to my question and this will end up being a highly interactive newsletter.
I believe that it’s normal to have ups and downs. Most of us aren’t super happy and super positive all of the time.
But when we are experiencing lower emotions there are things we can do to help release them and feel better.
What I’d like you to do is think about the last few days. Are there any emotions that keep showing up that you’d like to release?
Now ask, If I don’t want to feel like this, how do I want to feel?
What emotions do you want to release?
What emotions do you want to increase?
Let me know and I’ll give you tips and techniques to help.

I shared this in the nores area and had a request for delf confidence. Here's my reply.
You can use affirmations to fill your mind with messages that support you, such as Every day my self-confidence increases.
Or you can get specific and focus on a specific area where you want to increase confidence, for example, When I meet new people I can feel confidence filling my mind and body. I can feel confidence radiating out of me.
You can use afformations. These are questions we can use to kind of trick the subconscious mind. Example, Why do I feel so confident now?
Visualizing is very powerful. Imagine being in a situation where you would normally not feel self-confident. Now, imagine yourself in that picture radiating self-confidence. How are you holding your body? What are you doing? What are you saying? How do you feel?
Try EFT tapping, I love EFT and find it so helpful for confidence building.
