EFT TAPPING TO FEEL CONFIDENT AND AMAZING
EFT – Emotional Freedom Techniques is an amazing way to improve the way you feel. You can focus on specific emotions that you want to feel.

SET UP tapping the side of the hand, say “I’m tapping to feel confident and amazing”
Tap gently and repeatedly on each tapping point and say your reminder words or phrases.
Top of the head: Confident
Forehead: Amazing
Eyebrow: Feeling confident
Side of the eye: Feeling amazing
Under the eye: I am confident
Under the nose: I am amazing
Under the mouth: I feel so confident
Collarbone: I feel so amazing
Side of the hand: I am so confident and amazing
This is one round of EFT. You can repeat it as many times as you want. And feel free to add in your own words to release resistance and improve your energy. You don’t need to say the set-up for each round. You only need to say this at the start of the EFT session.
AFFIRMATIONS TO FEEL CONFIDENT AND AMAZING
I am confident
I am amazing
I feel confident
I feel amazing
I deserve to be confident
I deserve to feel amazing
I love feeling confident
I love feeling amazing
Create spirals of positive affirmations. Keep filling your mind with positive messages that support you.

VISUALIZE YOURSELF ALREADY BEING CONFIDENT AND AMAZING
In your mind, imagine that you are already super confident and amazing. I’m pretty sure you’re already amazing but you maybe need to remind yourself and this is a great way to do it.
The more you can put yourself in the picture, the easier it is to be your reality
AFFORMATIONS TO FEEL CONFIDENT AND AMAZING
Afformations are questions that you can ask to kind of trick your subconscious mind and the universe so that it thinks you already have what you want.
