Mike Dooley famously said “Thoughts Become Things” - You may recognise his name as one of the speakers in the Law of Attraction Movie - The Secret
Now, I do think there’s a bit more to it, such as your beliefs. I do definitely believe that your thoughts are super important.
Affirmations are a powerful way to deliberately feed your mind with positive and supportive messages.

Think about something specific that you want to attract or achieve.
What are your thoughts connected with this thing? I recommend that you actually ask yourself out loud “What are my thoughts about… add what you want to attract or achieve”
EXAMPLE: What are my thoughts about being successful in business?
Write down anything that comes up for you.
Examine each thought.
Does it support you?
Could it be blocking you?
Create deliberate thought statements that support you
Make a list of some positive thought statements that you can start using to support you.
