I love daydreaming, visualizing the future, goal setting and planning. These are all fantastic things but sometimes we forget to enjoy the present moment.
Stop right now and focus your attention on this moment in time.
Right now, I’m enjoying writing this post. I can hear the heating is on and warming my home, the washing machine is on cleaning my clothes, and my son is upstairs singing filling the house with wonderful happy sounds, I can smell the hot blackcurrant drink I’ve just made and see the pretty lights that I decide to leave up all year.
I could add more to this list but you get the idea. Right now in this very moment, I have so much that I’m happy about and those things could easily be missed if I always keep my focus on the future or the things I don’t have yet.
If you’re looking to add more mindfulness to your life, I highly recommend

There are definitely times when longer and more detailed EFT sessions are needed, but often even a few minutes of positive EFT gives you a wonderful energy and high vibes boost.
Today, we will focus on the two affirmations I shared as we tap the EFT points. Enjoy.
Tapping the side of the hand, say why you’re tapping - I’m tapping today to feel present and enjoy the moment.

Forehead: I have so much to be grateful for in this present moment
Eyebrow: Several times a day, I make sure that I slow right down and enjoy the present moment
Side of the eye: I have so much to be grateful for in this present moment
Under the eye: Several times a day, I make sure that I slow right down and enjoy the present moment

Continue with a second round saying “I am present,” at each point.
Sometimes I will say “I am right here, right now!”
And if I’m worrying, I will say “Right here, right now, all is well.”
