Morning Motivation - Part 3
Today we'll look at visualizing and Hypnosis Downloads. This is the final part of this Morning Motivation Series.
We’ve already got some amazing tools and techniques to use in the morning. We’re also going to look at things you can do in the evening to set you up for the best start possible the next day.
Visualize your ideal day
This can be done the night before once you’re settled in bed or in the morning.
With your eyes closed, imagine the day ahead exactly as you want it.
Keep things real. Well… sort of.
If you’ve got to get up and get the kids ready and take them to school, visualize that going really well just the way you like it.
If you’re heading off to work and have an important meeting, visualize it as you want it.
There are definitely huge benefits to visualizing your perfect life (big picture) that may not include some of the things you’ll be doing today.
The trick is to state your intention.
If you’re focusing on how you intend today to be, say, this is how I expect today to be.
If you’re visualizing your dream holiday, say this is what I intend for my dream holiday in (state when you want it).
This is my ideal home.
This is my ideal business…
If you need a recap, here are parts 1 and 2 of this Morning Motivation Series (Below)
Bounce out of Bed Hypnosis Download
If you struggle to get out of bed and struggle to get going in the morning. I want to recommend BOUNCE OUT OF BED (this is my referral link).
I haven’t personally used this audio from HYPNOSIS DOWNLOADS (but I have used many others and love this company).
I asked the Hypnosis Downloads team when to use this audio. Here’s what they said.
You can listen to it whenever you have time in your day, but I wouldn't recommend it directly before bed, as it does have a 'realerting' section at the end of the session.

All of the hypnosis downloads that I’ve had over the years are incredibly relaxing and they’ve really helped with what I’ve been using them for.
Also, this is not like those stage performances where the hypnotist gets you doing things and you have no control.
For example, if my dog needed to be let out whilst I was listening to the audio, I would still be aware of this and be able to get up and do what I needed to do.
Evening Tips For A Calm Start To The Next Day
These are some tips that personally help me.
Tidy up before bed (this is always a work in progress for me but I do usually make an effort and I’m always pleased I did the next morning).
Plan for the day ahead - Check the calendar, my to-do list, think about meals, etc
If I need anything for the next day, wherever possible I will prepare it or get it out ready.
Get the clothes I’m going to wear out ready.
Set my alarm
I keep a notebook beside my bed. This way if I get random thoughts keeping me awake, I write them down (evening brain dump).
Sometimes I will spray a calming pillow spray
Listen to something relaxing - Sometimes it’s a podcast and sometimes it’s a hypnosis audio.
If you have any tips of your own, please share them in the comments.
And here’s my question of the week - What is the first thing you like to drink in the morning?
I drink a full glass of water when I first get up but it’s my morning mug of tea that I really look forward to.
