Morning Mindset
The way you start your day is very important. It really sets the tone for the rest of the day.
The mindset exercises I am about to share don’t need to take too long. Do whatever fits with your morning schedule.
Morning Mindset Writing (for when you have a little extra time)
I have 3 writing exercises for you to try out.
1. If your mind feels cluttered in the morning, write out whatever is going on in your mind. It doesn’t need to make sense, just get it out of your head and onto paper. If you want to you can turn it over to the universe. Simply say “I release this to the universe”
2. Daily morning gratitude - Keep a special journal and each morning (and evening if you want) write 3 things that you’re grateful for.
3. Script your day the way you want it. This can be a really brief or very detailed description. Imagine it’s the end of the day and you’re describing your day.
Visualize your day
I do this before I even get out of bed. When you visualize (imagine something in your mind - A kind of mind movie), your subconscious mind doesn’t know it’s not real.
The more you visualize your ideal day, your ideal life, a meeting going well, family time being really enjoyable… The easier it becomes for this to be your reality.
Your subconscious mind accepts it as real and starts supporting you.
You also send a powerful message out into the universe saying this is the kind of day I want and expect. This will help you to use the law of attraction effectively to manifest more of what you want.
You can focus on a specific events during the day ahead or you can run through the entire day.
The more you practice visualizing the easier it becomes and the more real you are able to make it in your mind.
As you make it real in your mind, the universe gets to work to make it real in your real life.
Morning Mirror Work it takes just a few seconds
This is a NON-NEGOTIABLE for me. I do this several times a day, but always at the start of the day.
I’m guessing that you have some kind of mirror in your bathroom and you spend at least some time in the bathroom in the morning. If you don’t have a mirror, please get one to enjoy this exercise. It’s very powerful.
Every morning - Look into the mirror at yourself and say “I love you” follow up with something really supportive to help you today.
Morning Motivation Affirmations
You can say these as you’re getting ready, whilst in the shower or even on the toilet. Here are some ideas, but you really don’t need a long list, just say a few things that support and uplift you.

● Today I welcome in the best opportunities
● Today is a great day for success
● Today I am motivated to have the best kind of day
● Today I am motivated to achieve my goals
● Today I choose to make the very best of every situation that comes my way
● Life is fantastic
● I am amazing

● I have the power to manifest the life I want
● I am successful
● I am kind
● I am empowered
● I am powerful
● I am unstoppable
● I am terrific
● I am healthy
● I am strong

● I can be whatever I want to be
● I am talented
● I am loved
● I am awesome
● I make the best of each and every day
