This week’s EFT session is to love and accept yourself. I think this is incredibly important and powerful.

Please know that I share these EFT scripts to give you ideas for using EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique yourself. Please reach out if you have questions or want me to create specific scripts.

Here’s my supporting EFT video that you can do daily to boost the script below.

Before we begin this tapping session, take a moment to settle into a quiet space. Allow yourself to breathe deeply and gently. This session is to honour yourself, just as you are.

You may be carrying self-doubt, criticism, or feelings of unworthiness—and that’s okay. This is not about being perfect.

As we tap together, remember: every emotion is valid, and every step toward self-love is powerful. Let’s begin.”

EFT Script: Even though I’m not perfect, I love and completely accept myself

Introduction

Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT, is a gentle tapping technique that works with the energy body and the subconscious mind.

My name is Wendy Tomlinson, and I’m a qualified EFT Master Practitioner and a Member of the Guild of Energists. I’m passionate about giving you scripts and ideas to use EFT tapping for yourself.

About this EFT Session

When EFT first came about, we almost always used the statement, Even though…, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. Or something along those lines.

With the introduction of Heart and Soul EFT, taught by Silvia Hartmann (Guild of Energists), it was decided to drop this phrase as it wasn’t always helpful. For example, if someone is tapping on a fear of spiders, the words, I love and accept myself, may be a whole different issue that person needs to work on and not needed to help with the fear of spiders.

However, as a Mindset Coach, I know that these words are incredibly important. It’s important for you to believe this and feel it.

EFT and the words we use will help you to release resistance to these words, let go of any beliefs that are not aligned with these words and raise your vibrations so that you are able to believe them and feel them.
