Quick Mindset Exercise

Do this regularly to relax and focus on the good stuff in your life.
Place your hands in the heart-healing position as shown above.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold for a count of 4.
Slowly release the breath.
Repeat. This time as you breathe in, imagine breathing in positive, healing energy.
As you breathe out, imagine releasing anything that no longer serves you well.
Repeat.
Close your eyes and focus on what you’re grateful for.
Start with things specific to today and then what you’re grateful for in all areas of your life.
How long should this exercise last?
However long you have time for. If you only have a minute or two, do that. If you have 10 minutes, do that.
It’s also fine to let your mind wander.
If you go off on a tangent that doesn’t feel great (negative thoughts), acknowledge the thought and gently return your thoughts to what you’re grateful for.Affirmation Idea: Use The Word Now

I encourage you to add the word now to your affirmations.
This sends a message to the Universe and your subconscious mind: "Whatever has gone before, this is now!”
My business is constantly more and more successful now!
It’s easy for me to concentrate now!
It’s easy for me to save money now!
It’s easy for me to increase my monthly income now!
I feel confident in meetings now!
