I’m a Law of Attraction Practitioner, but I never claim to fully know all things manifesting.
There are still things I want to manifest in my life. There are still things that aren’t showing up for me.
I love learning from other people, and I especially love it when I come across new people with a different way of explaining things.
That’s what happened when I got myself comfy on the sofa and switched on YouTube.
The first recommendation that came up was a Mel Robbins video. I’ve been a huge fan of Mel’s for a long time, and like me, she loves learning from other people.

At this point, I’ve watched it 3 times and listened to the Podcast twice. I expect I will relisten or watch it many more times for it to fully sink in.
I am obsessed with this video. I love it when someone comes along and says things in such a simple way.
I highly recommend watching the video or listening to the podcast. It’s powerful.

Mind Magic
In the video, Dr. James Doty, M.D., talks about shifting your focus to being of service. I like this idea.
He says that as humans, we are all hard-wired to be of service.
In my words, here’s what I understood - When we focus on being of service. He talks about shifting from fear mode to the heart mode, and from my understanding, when we focus on being of service in the heart mode, then we can then manifest other things we want.
He says to use as many senses as you can, and then you create neuro pathways that make things happen.
The manifesting exercise
Set your intention from the heart mode and from a place of service.
For me, this means to fill my heart and mind with love.
Write it down
Read it silently
Read it aloud
Visualize it
Do this over and over.
Each time you do this, you embed it into the subconscious.
This is the intention I set based on being of service.
My intention is to be financially secure through being of service through my writing.
When you’re in the heart mode with gratitude, compassion and love, this is the best place to be for manifesting.
I’m so grateful that I get to be a writer. I am financially secure by being of service through my writing. I write with love, compassion and gratitude.
I wrote it down with a pen on paper (as well as here on the laptop).
I read it silently and then out loud.
Then, I visualized it.
I plan on doing this over and over.
I also plan on reminding myself before I do any writing that I am a writer and I am financially secure through being of service.
Then, I plan to ask this question.
How can I be of service to my readers today?
I think this is a lovely exercise and I feel great. I love it.
I’m adding in more affirmations to get myself into heart mode
I love affirmations, and they always help me to see and feel the best about myself and my life.
I am love
I am loved
I am kind
I am worthy
I am so grateful for the time I have to write
I am so grateful for the security that I already have
I’m so grateful for all the ideas I have to write and share
I’m so grateful for all of the wonderful people who are inspired to read my writing
I am blessed with a wonderful family
I love being of service through my writing
I love that I can be financially secure through my writing
I love that I have so much time freedom in my life to enjoy the things I love
I love that I get to connect with so many wonderful people with an open heart.
I am love
I am love is one of my favourite affirmations, and I use it a lot. This is because this is how I want to show up in life. I am love. I write, read, connect with love in my heart, and I hope that it radiates from me.
Adding in EFT Tapping — Emotional Freedom Techhniques
I love EFT, and I believe it helps me feel my best. It helps me to release any fears or any resistance. It helps me to feel the way I want to feel.
I will regularly use EFT with my affirmations and intentions. I will use it to increase the feeling of security, joy, love, compassion and gratitude.
