Let's Talk: Are You Positive Thinking Or Positive Living?
Both are great but I really want you to be positive living.
Hello my wonderful people, How are you today?
I’m really excited about today’s newsletter.
Now I haven’t suddenly fallen off my positivity cloud. Let me assure you that I do think that positive thinking is awesome, I am certainly not putting it down. But I believe it’s just a part of a bigger picture if you want to create a life you love.

I believe that the law of attraction responds to…
Your thoughts
Your feelings
Your beliefs
The things you say
The things you do.
Get all these things sorted and you become a vibrational match for a wonderful life.
So, let’s take positive thinking on its own.
There’s no doubt about it in my mind, it is super powerful. Mike Dooley from the Law of Attraction movie The Secret says “Thoughts Become Things.”
That’s pretty powerful, right?
And I do agree, but…
Sorry, I do have a but. You can fill your mind with positive messages but if you don’t feel them and don’t believe them, then they lose their power.
Here’s an example. If you use this affirmation… I am a money magnet. But you don’t feel it and you don’t believe it. Instead, you feel like you never have enough money and you hold a belief that you’re rubbish with money. - The feeling and belief will win out.
That’s why I encourage you to live positively so that you are a match for a wonderful life.
Fill your mind with thoughts that support you
Use EFT tapping to help improve the way you feel and it’s awesome for releasing limiting beliefs that block you.
Do things you enjoy - often
Be grateful
When you say things that don’t support you, it’s a good indication that you have limiting beliefs to work on. I encourage you to talk about your life in the way you want it to be. Don’t complain about it.
Take action that’s aligned with the life you want to create. For example, if you want to be a published writer, write and take action to publish your writing. Imagine someone looking in on your life. What would they see? Would you be a match for attracting the life you want?

A few more tips for positive living
GRATITUDE - I have already mentioned it but honestly, gratitude is amazing. It’s your superpower.
You can be having the worst day and you can still shift your focus to gratitude.
The more you focus your attention on gratitude the more of a match you are to attract even more to feel grateful for.
PAY ATTENTION - So many people aren’t paying attention to just how amazing their life already is. It’s so easy for us to focus on the things that aren’t going well, things that we don’t have or can’t do.
I’m not for one minute asking you to stick your head in the sand and pretend those things aren’t real but you have the choice about what you give the most attention to.
Choose the good stuff that you like and want.
MAKE TIME FOR THE THINGS YOU LOVE - Again, so many people don’t. I know life gets busy. I do absolutely get that. But most of us can find time if we make an effort.
Pst… This may mean saying no more often to things that you don’t enjoy and that aren’t important to you.
Build your positive lifestyle
I know some miserable people who spend 10 minutes journalling or doing a law of attraction exercise in the morning, then they tell me those things don’t work.
Hmm, I believe they do work but not if you then go back to ignoring all the good stuff in your life and you spend all day complaining and focusing on everything that you don’t like.
Here’s a random: Try this switch
Let’s switch this and instead of spending 10 minutes doing something positive and the rest of the day lowering your vibes with all the things you don’t like.
Let’s decide to focus on all the good stuff and if you feel the need, I give you permission to BMW for 10 minutes.

I didn’t come up with this one. I learned about it during my Law of Attraction Training.
Look, we all like to do it don’t we? I love a good rant. I do. But, we need to keep it short and then get back to focusing on that positive living life we’re creating for ourselves.
