How’s your happy weight, healthier living journey going?
I’m not going to lie, the end of September was a bit all over the place for me and I wasn’t overly happy with my eating habits.
Most of this was down to not planning very well. I think I’ve got on top of that issue a bit more now.
It’s my work days that were the problem. The days when I work out of my home and the change from wanting healthy snack-type food to wanting food that's warming and nourishing.

I’m still always below 11 stone when I get on the scales (I don’t do this at set times)
I would have liked to have made more progress in September but it’s okay. I’m not about quick fixes. I’m about working on my mindset and for life changes that I can stick with.
I also think as the seasons change we need to make adjustments too. What do you think? Do the seasons make a difference to you?
I’m moving from salad season to warm soups and stews. We often talk about comfort food as if it’s a bad thing but for me, comfort food can be really healthy and nourishing. It’s a positive thing.
Okay, shall we do some mindset work? These are some of the affirmations and afformations I’m using at the minute and I’ll add an EFT script for you to have a go with.
I hope my ideas inspire you to create your own.

Positive statements to affirm something. These help to build beliefs that support you. The affirmations below say “Hey, this is who I am now and this is how I choose to live my life.”

In this cosy season, I’m focusing my eating on healthy and nourishing
I’m moving my body to feel my best
Afformations
Power questions that trick your subconscious mind and send a strong message to the universe.
Why do I love and cherish myself?
Why do I love this cosy season where I can fill up on healthy and nourishing food?
Why do I love moving my body?
Why is it easy for me now to move closer and closer to my happy weight through healthier livings and shifting my mindset?

In today’s EFT session, I’m focusing on Loving and Cherishing Myself.
This is because when I do this - Feel this, I take care of myself. I eat well, move my body, drink plenty of water, get enough sleep, say nice things to myself…
Tapping the side of the hand (just below the little finger) say why you’re tapping.
I’m tapping to love and cherish myself.
Top of the head: I love and cherish myself
Forehead: I take good care of myself
Eyebrow: I love and cherish myself
Side of the eye: I take good care of myself
Under the eye: I love and cherish myself
Tip of the nose: I take good care of myself
Under the nose: I love and cherish myself
Under the mouth: I take good care of myself
Collarbone: I love and cherish myself
Side of the hand: I take good care of myself
I love EFT sessions like this where we repeat affirmations in this way. It’s affirming the message of who we are now and how we behave.
With EFT we add positive energy to it by improving our energy body.
And we release resistance to the statements. This is important.
