EFT SCRIPT EXAMPLE – Feeling Down to Feeling Positive
A simple EFT tapping practice to release low emotions and gently shift into a more positive state.

I love sharing tapping examples with you because I want to give you ideas for using EFT in your everyday life.
We all feel a little (or a lot) low from time to time. It’s normal. But with EFT tapping, you’ve got a tool to help.
People sometimes worry about getting it wrong or saying the wrong thing. The truth is, there isn’t really a “wrong” way to tap. The most important thing is simply to start.
EFT is a powerful tool for improving your emotions and helping you shift how you feel in the moment.

It also works beautifully alongside the Law of Attraction.
In this example, you’re actually moving through my 4-step Law of Attraction process.
First, you’re clear about what you want: to feel more positive.
Then you begin raising your vibration by improving how you feel through tapping.
As your energy lifts, you naturally move into a place of allowing, where better-feeling thoughts and experiences can flow more easily into your life.
And the aligned action (I’m saying this with a big smile on my face) is simply this:
Go and get on with your life, and let joy be your compass.
Today’s example EFT script is designed to help you move from feeling down to feeling positive. I’ve also included an alternative style of tapping that can help you release the feeling of being low.
Now, this isn’t about pretending you feel okay, or faking it till you make it.
It’s about gently releasing low emotions and improving our energy body so that we can allow these better-feeling emotions in.
This is a very simple script. Never feel like you have to make your tapping scripts elaborate. When you’re releasing emotions, the most helpful approach is often the simplest one — say how you’re feeling.
