Join in with today's wonderful EFT session to raise your vibrations. The theme this week is connection and engagement.

I had a wonderful last-minute request for connection and engagement for this EFT session.

It tied in perfectly with what I wanted to focus on today.

Clarity

Whatever it is you want to attract into your life, get super clear about it.

Let’s say that I want a new car.

If I go ahead and ask the universe for that, I shouldn’t be disappointed if the car I manifest isn’t what I want.

I need to give more details. What type of car? What colour, How do I want to feel driving it? Describe the look of the car…

When thinking about connection and engagement, what does that mean to you? How do you want to feel connected and engaged?

I know that what I want in this area is very different to what some other people want.

Send love to situations

I’m always sending out loving energy. I send it to people that I want to feel my love, to feel supported.

If I find myself in a difficult situation or any situation that I don’t want, I send love to the situation.

Give it a try for yourself. It’s so powerful.
