Ask Questions To Improve Your Life
Questions lead to answers and a way of thinking that supports you.
The right question at the right time can be life-changing.
1. Questions force you to find answers
All questions require you to come up with answers. Or at least think about an answer.
If you ask, what do I need to do to achieve this goal? You then start to come up with ideas for what you need to do.
You might make a list of your ideas and then make a plan of action - Ultimately take the action required.
2. Not all questions are equal
No, they’re not. Let me give you an example of a totally unhelpful question.
Why am I so unlucky?
Well, if you’re saying things like this, you’re pretty much asking to be unlucky. Please don’t ask this kind of question.
Why do people treat me so badly? Oooh, it’s my guess that if you’re asking questions like this, you’re in desperate need of a mindset makeover. And you need to ask better questions.
A better question, in this case, would be… What can I do to be treated well by others?
or, Why do I treat myself so well?
These questions will give you totally different answers and you’ll start to make a mindset shift straight away.
You’ll also start to shift your energy which helps you to attract being treated well.
The words you use and the energy you put out into the Universe matters.
3. What do you want?
Okay, you’re going to ask “What do I want?”
This is your power question. Get clear about what you want.
TIP: Write it down. Then create a power affirmation to support you.

4. How?
How…? is a great way to start your questions. Here are some examples.
How can I achieve that?
How can I earn an extra £1000 a month?
How can I be a more confident speaker?
How can I organize my home better?
How can I…?
5. What?
Another way to start your question is… What…?
What do I need to do to achieve this goal?
What will I need to change to improve my health?
What can I do today to earn more money?
What steps do I need to complete this project?
6. Why?
Knowing your reason why you want something can be a huge motivator and this will drive you to succeed.
Why do I want this?
Why do I want to earn more money?
Why do I want to travel?
7. The power of afformations
Afformations are questions that kind of trick your subconscious mind. They were created by Noah St John.
Let’s say that you want to be a more confident driver.
Your afformation could be… Why am I such a confident driver now?
Here’s another example.
If you want to increase your income. You could ask…
How did it get so easy for me to constantly increase my income?
Imagine that you already have what you want and you’re asking a question about it.

You can really have fun with these and create a powerful mindset shift.
My final questions for you today
I want to finish off today with 3 powerful questions for you.
What is something that you really want to change in your life?
Why do you want this?
What do you need to do to make that change?
When you get your answers, create your plan of action to achieve it.
Go ahead and let me know something you’re going to do in the next 24 hours.
