19 Affirmations to Build A Success Mindset
Keep filling your mind with messages that support you.
Affirmations are a powerful way to fill your mind with success thoughts that support you deliberately. Below I’ve listed 19 examples of effective affirmations for a success mindset.
If you want to create a powerful success mindset, I encourage you to use these affirmations in the morning as part of your daily morning routine, as part of your evening routine, and fill your mind with them any time you can throughout the day. Enjoy them, have fun with them and play with them.
With that said, don’t make using affirmations a chore. You don’t need to sit down with your list if you don’t have time for that. Instead, pick out one or two that resonate with you the most and repeat them from memory each morning and evening.

Tips to help you make the most of these success mindset affirmations
Affirmations are incredibly powerful and I want to share some tips to make them even more effective and help them become real for you.
If you’re new to using affirmations, I encourage you to check out my HOW TO USE AFFIRMATIONS GUIDE, it’s right here on the blog and packed with useful tips.
Say your affirmations often (but don’t make them a chore)
I want you to keep filling your mind with affirmations that support you in creating a success mindset. For example, when you’re in the shower, travelling, walking down the street, relaxing, standing in a line at the shops…
Also, if you notice any thoughts that don’t support you, see if you can replace that thought with something more positive.
For example: If you catch yourself thinking “I can’t do that!” perhaps you could replace it with…
I don’t know how to do this right now but I can find out
There’s always a way to do things
I can work this out
I can get help
I can do this!
One little note that I want to mention is this… Don’t make your affirmations a chore. Your affirmations should make you feel more positive.
Enjoy them. Play with them and imagine that every word is already true for you.
Make your success affirmations specific to you
Try creating affirmations that are specific to you. For example, if you’ve started a business, you might want to fill your mind with affirmations such as…
I have what it takes to create a successful business, every day I’m learning more and more about building a successful business…
Have a clear vision of what success looks like for you
When I ask people “What does success look and feel like to you?” they often don’t know what to say. This is because most people never give this any thought.
If you don’t know what success means to you, how do you expect to achieve it? How will you know when you’ve achieved it or made progress?
My idea of success may well look very different from your idea of success. And society, and media as a whole tend to have an image of success (this is usually very far from my version of success).
So, please take the time to create some sort of vision of what success means to you personally. Also, be aware that this might change over the course of your life and that’s totally normal.
Here’s a blog post that’s good for helping you to get clear about what you want — BALANCE AND IMPROVE ALL AREAS OF YOUR LIFE.
I’ve also created a printable guide and workbook which is available to buy from my ETSY SHOP — BALANCE AND IMPROVE YOUR LIFE WORKBOOK
Combine your affirmations with EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)
EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques is a powerful technique that I find works incredibly well with affirmations.
I’ve created a full EFT tapping guide here on the blog to help you get started with EFT.
When you tap on special meridian points using EFT and say your affirmations, you’ll help to release any limiting beliefs and raise your vibrations to allow the affirmations to be true for you.
Here’s a super simple EFT exercise you can try. Start tapping the side of your hand, just below the little finger. Tap gently and repeatedly and then say any affirmation you choose. You’ll help to release resistance and raise your vibrations.
Here’s a success affirmations recap.
