1 Hour EFT Tapping and Journalling Exercise: Improve The Way You Feel

I'm a huge fan of daily, quick EFT, however, an exercise like this one can have amazing results. It's well worth setting aside an hour of your time for this.

EFT Tapping and Journalling Exercise: Improve The Way You Feel

Before I get started with this 1-hour EFT and journalling exercise, I want to point out that you don't have to spend an hour doing EFT or journalling. Any amount of time is fine.

I want to encourage daily EFT to help keep you feeling your best and some days that might be a couple of minutes. Here are some daily EFT scripts to try out.

And journalling is wonderful at any time too. Check out my tips on gratitude journalling.

This exercise is for when you can dedicate more time and it can have wonderful results.

If you're new to EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques, please read my EFT Guide first. It's super easy to learn and use yourself in just a few minutes.

1-Hour EFT Tapping And Journalling Exercise

In this exercise, you're going to focus on how you're feeling. As we move through the exercise you can shift to how you want to feel.

I recommend that you use a timer. This is because most people rush and a timer will help to make sure you keep tapping and journalling for the full amount of time.

We're going to work in 3 x 20-minute blocks.

I encourage you to read through to the end before doing the exercise.

Ready?

Take a deep breath in and slowly release. And have a drink of water (a few sips is fine). Let's get started. Enjoy.
