Hi, I’m Wendy Tomlinson, a Mindset Coach, Life Skills Coach, EFT Master Practitioner and Law of Attraction Practitioner. I love that I have all this knowledge to draw from, but writing is my real passion.
I’m not perfect, and neither is my life. I go through the same ups and downs in life as most people.
Through my training, I’ve learned many ways to stay as positive as possible.
Over the years, I’ve experienced depression and lows that made getting out of bed a real struggle.
People often assume that because I write about a positive mindset, the law of attraction, empowerment… That I totally have my life all together. I don’t, and some days I still want to hide under the covers.
I work on my mindset and energy every day. If I didn’t, I would get down, I would be overly anxious when there’s nothing ‘real’ to be anxious about, I would ‘get inside my head too much’ and get nothing done.
My aim is to feel my best, be my best and keep creating a life I love.
MY MISSION with this newsletter is to help others feel their best, be their best and create a life they love too.

When to expect my newsletters
I like to post on a Tuesday, but life sometimes gets in the way. I will send out a newsletter every week at some stage, occasionally more than one, but I try not to bombard you.

I’m not into complicated and long-winded advice. I like to give quick and easy-to-apply tips that can make a big difference straight away.
