When you’re clear about what success means for you and what you’re not prepared to sacrifice to achieve success, you have your own compass.
It’s easier to stay focused and avoid distraction.
Hi, I hope you’ve had a wonderful week.
This week, I have my new EFT & High-Vibes Session video to share with you as well as the topic of the day.
Knowing what success is for you and non-negotiables is a topic I love, love, love talking about. It’s so important and so many people don’t take the time to get this kind of clarity.
I hope you find the tips and exercises I’m sharing today super helpful.

Weekend EFT & High Vibes - Session 1
I was originally planning to do this as a live online event but it just wasn’t working out. So I decided to go with YouTube instead so that you can join in whenever it suits you.
Total, honesty. I am rubbish with a lot of techie stuff. After recording this video which I thought I could just share on Sunday, I realized that wasn’t going to work as this newsletter goes out to people all over the world.
And as much as I love you all, I am not waking up in the middle of the night to publish and I’m not relying on remembering to publish late on Saturday night.
So I settled on publishing on Friday evening UK time.
I hope you enjoy this first EFT and High-Vibes Session.
What is success for you?
Society tells us what success is, social media tells us what it is, even our friends and family.
Some people want a big luxury house, a luxury car, to be a multi-millionaire….
Other people want to live out of a backpack and travel the world.
Others want to earn enough so that they can stay at home with their growing family.
Success is personal to every one of us. My version of success could be very different to yours.
Success also looks different at different stages of life. My idea of success at 18 was very different to my idea of success now I’m 51.
We often see images of people climbing the ladder of success.
But, here’s the thing.
If you don’t know what success really means to you, you could get to the top of the ladder and find you don’t want that version of success.
Make sure you’re climbing the ladder that’s right for you.
Check that you still want what’s at the top of the ladder regularly and if your version of success changes, switch ladders.
Here are 4 powerful law of attraction exercises to try.
Try one or all of these exercises. Different people will be drawn to different exercises. For example, visual people will likely prefer to create a vision board.
Future Focus
Describe your ideal life in detail as if you already have it. Add as much detail as you can.
What would your life be like if you had your version of success?
Describe what you’re doing, your physical environment, how you feel and anything important to you.
I like to journal about my ideal life as if I already have it. Sometimes I’ll focus on one area and other times I’ll describe a general overall of my ideal life.
