This is the last part of this law of attraction series and today I want to focus on what you do. The action you take or in some cases the action you don’t take matters.
I want you to think about, ideally, the key things that you want to achieve/manifest in your life.
Now, I want you to take each thing on your list and ask “What action am I taking to achieve/manifest this?
Are these actions a match for what you want?
What actions would be a match for what you want? DO THESE THINGS!!!
Here’s an example of the wrong action. Jane wants to lose 2 stone in weight. She makes a meal plan that seems balanced and supports her weight loss goal. She decides that every day she will go for a 20-minute walk and do a workout that she’s found on YouTube.
Then she grabs a bar of chocolate and lays on the sofa for the next 3 hours watching TV only getting up to grab that big bag of crisps.
Then she is busy the next day so doesn’t do the exercise she planned. And the same happens the next day…
JANE IS NOT A MATCH FOR WHAT SHE WANTS
Now let’s say that Jane took these actions consistently every day.
Daily 15-minute walk 5 days a week
Schedule a workout on YouTube each evening before watching any TV 5 days a week
Plans out and sticks to a healthy balanced meal plan that she enjoys 5 days a week
She has healthy snacks on hand when she needs something between meals
She makes sure that she moves her body regularly throughout the day
She drinks plenty of water throughout the day
Jane works on her mindset to help her build healthy habits
Jane is a match for losing the weight she wants and improving her health
Now, you might be thinking… Well, that’s not the law of attraction. It’s common sense that if you want to lose weight you need to do these things.
Your right.
Wait what??
Yes, you’re right. I’m a law of attraction practitioner but that doesn’t mean I see the law of attraction as a magic wand. I don’t.
I see the law of attraction as a very, very powerful helping hand. You’ve got to do your bit too. When you do. When you work on…
Your thoughts
Your feelings
Your beliefs
The things you say
The things you do
Then the law of attraction can help you. You are no longer blocking what you want.
The example I’ve given is to lose weight but this same example applies to anything you want.
Imagine that you already have the thing you want. State it in the present tense now as if you already have it.
Example: If you want to be a best-selling author. Say I am a best-selling author!
Now, what actions make you a match for that?
Do it!
And keep doing it.
