I choose to deliberately fill my mind with positive affirmations every day. As a Mindset Coach, my best advice for anyone trying to build a positive mindset is to do three things.

  • Fill your mind with positive affirmations and self-talk

  • Focus on your daily achievements

  • Focus on gratitude

I believe positive thinking and positive self-talk are one of the keys to building a mindset that supports me to feel my best, be my best and keep creating a life I love.

Today, I want to focus on why I love positive affirmations and use them throughout the day, every day. Plus I've got some wonderful affirmation examples to share.
