Emotional Freedom Techniques - EFT Tapping no-fluff guide
I’m an EFT Master Practitioner but the good news is that you don’t need to be to use this fantastic energy technique.
We all know that we need to take care of our physical body - Eat well, sleep well and get enough physical exercise.
But most people don’t take care of their energy body. I want you to be the exception.
Your energy body is a part of you and if it’s not working at its best, you’re not going to feel your best.
That’s where EFT comes in. It’s simple, light tapping to improve your energy.
The set-up
Tap the side of your hand (either hand is fine). Tap gently on the area just below your little finger.
State why you’re tapping - What you want to work on.
Here’s an example. I’m tapping today to feel calm and confident.
Or, I’m tapping today to release this feeling - NOTE: you don’t even have to name the feeling.
You can use EFT to increase feelings that you want and release unwanted feelings. The goal is always to improve the way you feel.
When your energy is high and flowing freely, you feel amazing. That’s what you’re aiming for.
The EFT Tapping Points

The points I like to use are…
The top of the head
Forehead
Eyebrow - This is generally the start of the eyebrow
Side of the eye
Under the eye
Under the nose
Under the mouth - Between your bottom lip and the base of your chin
Collarbone - Tap the general collarbone area close to the point where the dip is
Side of the hand
This is one full round of EFT. You only need to do the set-up at the start of the session or when you change what you’re focusing on.
You can repeat the tapping points as many times as you want.
Your tapping statements
EFT can help with all kinds of things. The founder of EFT Gary Craig said…
“Try it on anything!”
I absolutely agree.

Your initial set-up might be…
I’m tapping b today to feel great today.
Then you can simply say “Feeling great” at every tapping point.
My No-Fluff EFT Tip
You really don’t need to make EFT complicated. Get familiar with the EFT points and keep your wording super simple.
This is the very best way to start using and receiving the benefits of EFT.
Build a daily EFT habit
I would absolutely love you to build EFT into your daily life. Do one round, do a few rounds or as many as you want. It all helps improve your energy flow and ultimately it improves the way you feel.
