Gratitude has been a game-changer for me too. It's amazing how focusing on the good can shift our whole perspective. Thanks for being a source of inspiration, Wendy! 🙏❤️ I'm actually going to be celebrating gratitude every day this month in my newsletter, so maybe our paths will cross there! 😊

"That’s what I love about gratitude — it doesn’t require grand gestures or perfect circumstances. It’s about noticing the beauty, comfort, and love that are already present in your everyday life.'

Buddy and Indie have cool names. 😄

This was such a beautiful, calming read. I love how you captured the peacefulness in simple routines. It’s a comforting reminder that joy really does lie in the small, quiet moments. Your mornings sound so full of love and peace. It made me pause and think about the little things I take for granted. Thank you for sharing this.

I couldn’t remember that Buddy was a boy, so he started off as Buddy Boy. And Indie is named after Indiana Jones. Thank you for your lovely comment. I’m grateful to you.

Yes, I think they do. I often wonder why I need to pat Indie’s back for him to go down the stairs. Sometimes I think it’s reassurance, but actually it’s probably just a little part of his day that he enjoys too.

All part of the ritual. Animals attune to our vibration too, they understand what is going on 💕

I did an energy healing for animals course a couple of years ago. It was fascinating. When I meet an animal, I always talk to them in my mind. Not because I think they can hear me, but because I believe they can feel my energy.

Yo got a really great trio — Wendy, Buddy and Indie 😄 I am also practicing the practice of showing gratitude to simple and slow moments of my day. Watching trees at 6 AM from my balcony and greeting my family after waking up.. everything reminds me that it's so grateful to experience life as it is.

That sounds wonderful Yuvraj. Most of us have these times in our day with so much to be grateful for. It can be easy to miss then or take them for granted. Im grateful that you shared your gratitude practice. 🙏
