It’s a simple energy technique.
You tap on special points that I like to call energy doors.
The points I like to use for Positive EFT (tapping in what you want) are…
The top of the head
The forehead
Eyebrow
Side of the eye
Under the eye
Tip of the nose
Under the nose
Under the mouth
Collarbone
Side of the hand
Here’s a super quick demo.
Have a little go, gently tapping on these points for a few seconds each.
Take a gentle but deep breath before moving to the next point.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Now, think of something you really want. This can be a feeling of something physical that you want.
If you can, write it down.
Now as you tap on each of the tapping points, say what you want.
Don’t say I want…
For example, if you want more confidence, say confidence.
As you keep moving through the tapping points allow your mind to imagine already having what you want.
See how simple it can be?
