Hi, thanks for joining me for a little mindset break today.
We all have so much going on in life, don’t we? But, it’s so important to give ourselves a little mindset break and if you’re anything like me, a big hot mug of tea.
Here’s my mindset tip today.
Pause
Put both hands over the middle of your chest and focus on relaxing your breathing. Relax and pause for a minute or two.
Take your mug of tea (or whatever drink you enjoy. Feel it (the warmth or coolness of it), smell it, enjoy the taste of it. Don’t just drink it mindlessly. Appreciate this moment.
Smell the flowers. Walk around your garden, smell flowers, water your plants (indoors or outdoors), take a picture or draw a special something in your garden.
Close your eyes and focus on everything you love about your life.
Close your eyes and enjoy the pause.
