Success Tracking & Motivation
Tracking adds attention to your successes and the law of attraction expands what you put your attention on.
I want to start today by saying success is whatever you want.
My version of success may be completely different to yours.
I encourage you to get clear about what success really means to you.
I’ve asked people many times what success means to them, and they’ve said things like being a millionaire, having a private jet, designer clothes and an expensive sports car (you get the idea). Only to dig a little deeper and find that those things are not important to them at all.
Now, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with wanting any of these things, but for many people, this is not what true success would look like.
Success might be quitting your job to travel the world.
Building a 6-figure income that allows you to work from home around family life.
It might provide a wonderful home life for your family.
It might be starting your own business, buying your own home, running a marathon, completing University, getting a specific award (recognition)…
Success is whatever you want it to be.
I ask that you give this some real thought so you don’t end up chasing a version of success that you don’t want.
Tracking successes daily can be extremely powerful. You can, of course, do this in any way you want.
I’ve created a simple download to record your daily successes if you’d like it, and there’s a special law of attraction exercise included.

How to use the download
Each day, add any successes you’ve had throughout the day. There’s one line per day of the month. I encourage you to fill in the line. Even if the success seems small, add it (in the past I’ve added things like I made a meal, I wrote a social media post, I walked the dog…).
If you want to focus on just one specific area of your life, you can do that, too. For example, your business or improving your health.
If you’ve had a lot of successes throughout the day, add the ones that mean the most to you. The ones that are most connected to your ideal life.
The more you focus on your own successes, the more of a match you are for manifesting more.
Celebrate all of your successes and be grateful for them.
TIP: You can highlight big successes to make them stand out even more and give more attention to them.
Use the list whenever you need it for motivation and to see how much you’ve achieved. I recommend keeping your completed success trackers to look back over at later stages. For example, look back at what you’ve achieved throughout the year.

Every time you’re grateful for the success you’ve already achieved, you become more of a match for what you want.
