Thank you so much for sharing the invaluable information you have on your Website.
I have my own business and have been struggling with it on and off.
I currently have accrued a lot of debt across many platforms including Credit cards and Overdraft.
Which is stressing myself and my wife. ( she has had a major Operation about 6 months ago and is still recovering )
I couldn’t see any EFT for this type of stress .
I am trying to build my business of 22 years to cover the Debt but it seems difficult at time.
I would like to ask you for help on this matter.

I’ve made the key wording BOLD that I’ve picked up on to use in the script.
Here’s my response.
Start with stress tapping.
I feel like this is an absolute must. Whilst the stress mainly comes from being in debt, it also comes from other areas.
It’s important to tap on stress first.
I also recommend some daily EFT tapping to release stress.
Set up tapping the side of the hand: I’m tapping today to release this stress. This stress connected to debt. I release any stress that I’m holding onto from my body and mind. I clear any blocks from my energy body.
I encourage you to take a deep breath at the release word in the script below. Take it nice and slow.
Top of the head: This stress
Forehead: Release
Eyebrow: This stress
Side of the eye: Release
Under the eye: This stress
Under the nose: Release
Under the mouth: This stress
Collarbone: Release
Side of the hand: I release any remaining stress now.
Ideally, do several rounds of tapping to release stress. This may feel like you're not dealing with the real problem, but I can tell you firsthand how beneficial this stage is.
Your energy will be in a much better state when you start to tap on the debt feelings.
