One Thing To Improve Your Life
And, I'm not going to tell you what the one thing is... Keep reading!
First of all, I did say last week that I was planning a law of attraction series. I’m going to start that next week.
I’ve had loads of little reminders this week about the power of doing one small thing to make a positive change.
So, I wanted to share my thoughts with you and encourage you to do one thing to improve your life.
The power of one
Why am I suggesting only one thing?
One thing is simple
One thing feels doable
One thing IS achievable
One thing is POWERFUL!
So, what is the one thing?
I have no idea.
BUT…!
YOU DO!
Let me explain.
(I’m going to go off on a tangent for a moment)
Did you know that I’m a qualified LIFE SKILLS COACH?
I am. It was my first qualification in this area.
The general idea with this type of coaching is that the client always knows the answers they need for themselves.
So, back to the ONE THING.
Think about something you want to change in your life.
It could be improving your finances, improving your health, losing some weight, learning a new skill, writing a book, running a marathon, improving a relationship…
You get the idea.
Now ask this question…
What is one thing I can do today and keep doing that will help me achieve this in my life?
Remember, you’re focusing on just 1 thing.
Got it?
Great, go and do it and keep doing it. that one thing. Make it a habit that changes your life.
Ooh, and let me know in the comments what you’re doing. I love hearing from you.
I always like to give an example, so here it is.
If you want to improve your health, your one thing could be to commit to going for a short walk every day.
It could be to drink a glass of water when you get up.
It could be to commit to being in bed by 11 p.m. to ensure you get more sleep.
Focus on something you want to improve in your life
Choose ONE THING to do and make it a habit
Once you feel like it’s an established habit, choose another one thing.
Changes don’t need to be big for them to make a massive impact on your life.

I had a review recently that I was a little disappointed with. The review was 4 stars so that was good but the comment said “Not a lot to it”
But, then I thought about it.
I always, always try to give a super clear description.
A lot of my printables deliberately don’t have a lot too them. That’s the whole purpose. My downloads are meant to be simple and easy to use in your own life.
There are loads of resources that go into loads of details but in my experience, a big amount is not needed. That’s not my aim.
My aim is always to give you resources that you can use yourself easily.
There are now 57 listings in my ETSY SHOP. Come and take a look.
I’m also in the process of creating an EFT SCRIPTS for BUSINESS SUCCESS collection. I currently have 20 Scripts included and I may still add to this. Let me know if there’s anything you want me to add.

I’m taking some time off tomorrow and taking my lovely mum to the seaside for the day. I think we’ll need to wrap up but it should be nice.
Wishing you all a lovely week.
