For many years now I have deliberately put a big focus on gratitude.
It was one of the biggest things that helped me through a low period in my life.
When we focus on things that are wrong in our lives and with ourselves, we create low energy (low vibrations) and this makes us more of a match for attracting things we don’t want.
When we focus on what we are already grateful for, we naturally feel better, as do people around us. Gratitude is a high-energy - high vibrating emotion.
We become a match for attracting more things to feel grateful for.
Look for the good stuff and be grateful for it.
What we focus on with positive vibrations expands.
Empower yourself with words
As I’m sure you know by now, I absolutely love affirmations and positive self-talk.
We can also use words to empower other people too. I’ve found that when we do this, we naturally feel more empowered too.
