How Would You Feel If You Already Had Your Ideal Life?

Hey, how are you? Thanks so much for spending time with me today.
Getting super clear about the life you want is awesome but actually, it’s getting clear about how you want to feel that matters the most.
Let’s DO BOTH!
I want to start by saying that I have no idea what your ideal life is. I don’t know what it looks like or feels like. Only you can get clear about that.
I’m not someone who has a set picture of my ideal life. Honestly, it changes all the time. One week, I want to travel with my dog and cat and another week that would be something I’d hate. And in all honesty, so would my cat.
If you know that there is something in your ideal life that is a must-have, get super clear about it.
How would you feel if you already had it?
If you’re not super clear about what your ideal life would include, focus instead on how you want to feel.
Make a list of anything specific that you include in your ideal life. This could be a certain job/business success, relationships, health, finances, home, or car…. Anything that would be important to you if you had your ideal life.
Make a list of any emotions/feelings you would expect to experience predominantly if you had your ideal life.
Let’s say I had a 4-bedroom home with a large garden on my Ideal Life list.
I would start by adding as much detail as possible. Are the rooms small and cosy or large and spacious? Is it open-plan living or is there a separate kitchen? What’s the garden like? Is there space for cars on the drive? A garage? Is there an indoor swimming pool? or a games room? Make it your ideal home. Ideal for you.
Now, imagine that you had your ideal home. How would you feel? Write the emotions down.

Let’s create some affirmations
Let’s create some affirmations to start planting seeds to help you create your ideal life based on your wanted emotions.
If you added that you would feel secure to your ideal life emotions list…
You could create the following affirmations…
I welcome feeling secure
I am open to feeling secure
It’s possible for me to feel secure
Every day in every way, I feel more and more secure
I am secure
I feel secure
I deserve to feel secure
I love feeling secure
I am grateful for this feeling of security
Repeat for all listed emotions.
Visualize
Get into the habit of visualising yourself already living your ideal life. This kind of tricks your subconscious mind into believing that this is already true for you.
When you do this and can really see yourself in your ideal life movie, Your subconscious mind and the universe will support you.
Fill your mind with messages and images that suggest that you already have your ideal life. Make it a habit and natural for you.
COMBINE your affirmations with visualising. As you visualise your ideal life, say your affirmations or just one affirmation that resonates with you and allow the emotion to build.

I love my life because I feel so good about always creating pathways that lead me towards a better future life. I can confidently say that everything you are recommending to do, works very well for me. My ideal life has general travel plans such as travelling in comfort and choosing experiences that enrich my life and feeling at home in my own company. I am free to choose all sorts of specific pathways that I can adjust depending on how I feel at the time. My most recent trip middle of May was to visit family in Sydney. I fulfilled all my travel ideals on this trip though I was making careful plans since December last year. Things don’t just happen. I know what direction I want to go and I never cease to be amazed at how far I have come. I love reading what others believe in.
