I’m obsessed with this quote and share it all the time. And for good reason. Your thoughts create a feeling and a belief and they REALLY MATTER.
What are affirmations?
They’re statements that affirm something. So, you want to keep them positive.
Affirmations don’t need to be true for you right now. You can affirm something you want. Do it as if you already have it.
Example. If you’ve just started a business and you want to be a successful business owner. Your affirmation could be… I’m a successful business owner.
It’s about helping you to step into the person and life you want to be your reality.
You can also use it to affirm things you already have and want to keep.
For example, if something happens to you that makes you feel lucky, your affirmation can be “I’m such a lucky person, good luck is always on my side.”
Use your affirmations to love your life right now
At the start of the day. Think about WHO you want to be today and HOW you want your day to be.
For example, if you have something going on today where you need to be really focused and be able to concentrate, you could affirm: I’m really focused on what I’m doing and it’s easy for me to concentrate.
Everything runs really smoothly today and I sta super calm and confident
Everything I do today in my business makes my business more and more successful
Create your affirmations based on the day you want.
