Today, I want to share some quick tips to boost your confidence.
Sometimes we can be super confident in some areas of life but lack confidence in other areas.
People generally think of me as a confident person, but I’m not a lot of the time, and my nerves can get the better of me.
I’ve been using these tips for years when I need a confidence boost.
I hope you find them helpful.
I’m Calm And Confident
This is one of my go-to affirmations, and I frequently use it. You can use whatever wording you want. Just keep it positive and say what you want to feel.
Start with… I am…, or as I do, I’m…
Other wording I use includes…
I’m relaxed and confident
I’m focused and confident

I’m calm and confident is powerful for times when you’re feeling nervous or need a confidence boost.
Let’s say you’re about to go into an important meeting. You’re feeling nervous and not at all confident. You need to shift your thinking quickly.
I’m calm and confident
Fill your mind with the affirmation and try tapping on the side of your hand repeatedly as you say, “I’m calm and confident”
The side of your hand is an EFT tapping point, and this will help release low emotions and energy blocks so that you can feel calmer and more confident.
You can also split the affirmation to…
I’m calm
I’m confident
Breathe in feelings of calm and confidence.

Visualize
Role play is often used to build confidence. The more we practice something, the easier it becomes.
If you have someone you can role-play with to build your confidence, I encourage you to try this.
You can also role-play in your imagination.
Let’s say you don’t feel confident at some social events. Maybe you don’t feel confident talking with people you don’t know very well.
You can visualise yourself greeting the person or a group of people. Imagine holding yourself in a confident and relaxed way and speaking confidently.
You can imagine people responding well to you.
Whatever situation it is where you lack confidence, imagine yourself in that situation feeling so confident.
Then, when the situation happens for real, your subconscious mind will kick in and say, Hey, I know this situation, I remember how confident I feel.
Well, something like that. You get the idea.
