EMPOWERED S.M.A.R.T Goals

S - SPECIFIC
M-MEASURABLE
A- ACTIONABLE
R -RAISE YOUR VIBRATIONS
T - TIME BASED
Focus on these 5 things and you’re already on track to achieve your goals.
Specific
Be as specific as you can about your goals. Vague goals get vague results, and you don’t want that.
Example of a vague goal: I will earn more money.
Hmm, 1 penny more is more money. Is that what you want?
I suspect not!
Example of a SPECIFIC GOAL: I will make over £100,000.00 profit from my business this year
Measurable
Make sure that you know exactly when you’ve achieved your goal.
Jane wants to get fitter in 2024, but to set a goal to ‘get fitter’ is both vague and hard to measure.
I will be able to jog/walk 5 miles by June 30th is both specific and measurable. Jane would know exactly when she achieved this goal.
Actionable
Make sure you can create a clear plan of action to achieve your goals.
Example: If I set a goal to reach 10,000 Newsletter Subscribers by the end of the year. That’s what I call an intention. It’s something I can’t make happen. I can’t force people to subscribe, but I can take specific action to help me achieve this goal.
I can ensure that I publish new content every week. I can make sure that I’m actively promoting the newsletter elsewhere online. I can make sure that I’m doing my mindset and law of attraction work to help make sure I attract this goal.
In this case, the intention is to achieve 10,000 Newsletter Subscribers by the end of the year.
The ACTIONABLE GOALS are…
Publish new content weekly
Respond to all comments and interact with other publishers
Share daily Notes to engage with others
Raise your vibrations
This is the law of attraction bit. Whatever goal you set, raise your vibrations around it. You want to feel super positive about your goal and your ability to achieve the goal.

Time-based
Give your goal a time to complete. And then state it like this…
I will be debt-free by the end of the year
I can run 5 miles by June 30th
My business profit for the tax year is over £50,000
I have published 52 blog posts by December 24th
I have 10,000 Newsletter subscribers by the end of the year
