Daily Habits To Achieve Your Goals
It's your daily habits that ultimately help you to create the life you want.
Today I simply want to encourage you to focus on your daily habits.
All too often we set goals but fail to take the daily action needed to actually achieve the goals we want to achieve.
If you want to achieve a specific weight loss goal, all too often people buy into the latest diet program, go all in and then quickly find that they can’t stick with it long-term.
Instead, what would prove more helpful would be to add a daily habit such as drinking a glass of water first thing in the morning and taking a 20-minute walk each day. Build this daily habit and then once it is a habit, add another habit that will help you long-term.

If your goal is to write a book, build a daily habit of writing a minimum set amount of words daily.

Your daily habits really matter.

What are your goals?
Who do you want to be?
What do you want to achieve by this time next year? By the end of the year?
WHAT HABITS DO YOU NEED TO BUILD TO ACHIEVE THIS?

Don’t overload yourself. Build one or two habits at a time.
Once they become a habit, you’ll do them on auto-pilot. They won’t take up your daily willpower.
Yes, you only have a certain amount of willpower each day.
Habits may take a while to build. Some say it takes 30 days to build a habit.
I say that you’ll know when it’s a habit because it will be easy. You’ll just do it automatically.
Then add more habits as needed.
