Create Beliefs That Support You - Law of Attraction Part 5
We all build beliefs throughout our life. Some support us and some don't. The good news is that we can release those that don't.
Imagine at the end of the path is everything you want. Limiting beliefs cause blocks. It’s up to you to remove those blocks so that you can get to what you want.
When you hold a belief that doesn’t support you, it BLOCKS the law of attraction from delivering to you that which you want.
The good news is that you can work to release limiting beliefs. Here are a few ideas.
EFT to release limiting beliefs
If you’re new to EFT, check out my FREE GUIDE on the blog. It’s super easy.
Focus on the limiting belief.
Start tapping the side of your hand just below the little finger.
State why you’re tapping. This is known as the set-up phrase.
I’m tapping to release this limiting belief. This belief that… (explain what the belief is)
Now, at each of the tapping points say “This belief”
Top of the head: This belief
Forehead: This belief
Eyebrow: This belief
Side of the eye: This belief
Under the eye: This belief
Under the nose: This belief
Under the mouth: This belief
Collarbone: This belief
Side of the hand: Release, release, release.
You can repeat this as many times as you want. I recommend repeating it several times. And I recommend daily tapping.

Affirmations to build new beliefs
You’ve established what the limiting belief is. So what is a better belief?
Example
Limiting belief - People like me don’t get to have a successful business.
New belief - People from all walks of life build successful businesses. I can be one of those people.
You can then build on the belief.
Every day in every way I become more and more successful
I am successful
Keep working on better-feeling beliefs that support you.
Let’s talk onions
That’s a weird statement, I know. But, most limiting beliefs are like onions. They have lots of layers.
If you have one limiting belief in a specific area of your life, it’s likely you have more. Maybe lots more.
You might feel like you’ve cleared a belief and you see improvement in that area of your life then WHAM! there’s another layer - another limiting belief.
For some issues, it can be an ongoing clearing process. That’s fine. Just keep clearing them as they show up.
Look for proof of the belief you want
You’ll find whatever you search for and put your attention on.
If you want proof that supports the limiting belief. You’ll find it.
If you want proof that supports your new, supportive belief, you’ll find it.
Look for proof of the things you want.
Hypnosis is another fantastic way to build new beliefs.

Think about something that you want to manifest in your life. What are your beliefs in that area?
Write them down and then work on any that don’t support you.
Build better-feeling beliefs that do support you.

I hope you’re enjoying this Law of Attraction series. I truly believe that this incredible power is working in all areas of our lives at all times.
I think of the law of attraction as a powerful helping hand. It is powerful but we have to clear the path for it to be able to give us what we want.
One of my trainers, MICHAEL LOSIER once did a demonstration of the Kerplunk game. If you don’t know the game, you have a plastic tube, halfway up are slots to push loads of straws through (I’m not sure that’s what they’re called). This creates a layer of BLOCKS. Then marbles are poured into the tube. The straws stop the marbles from falling through.
The aim of the game is to remove straws without the marbles falling down.
In the law of attraction example using this game, the marbles represent the thing you want. The straws are your limiting beliefs.
As the straws are pulled out (RELEASED), some of the marbles fall down.
The purpose of the demonstration is to show us that we don’t need to completely clear all limiting beliefs in order to start receiving what we want.
Clear one, then another and keep paying attention to what shows up.
