Let’s break this down.
Focus on the life you want for yourself
Focus on the person you want to be
Then answer the question - Are you BEing the person you want to be?
IMPORTANT: This does not mean if you want to be a millionaire, that you should go out spending like a millionaire if your reality is that you’re broke. No. Not a good idea.
In a moment, I’ll give you some examples, but first I want to share a little story.
Years ago I looked in the mirror in my bathroom and cried. I didn’t even recognize the person I was looking at and I didn’t like who I was BEing. I didn’t like myself.
I wasn’t a horrible person or anything like that but I certainly wasn’t showing up in my own life the way I wanted.
I made a decision that day that no matter what, I wanted to go to bed each night and feel happy about the way I showed up.
That doesn’t mean I have to be perfect. I know what’s important to me and I know the person I want to be, the way I want to bahave.
Let me give you some examples of how to BE the person you want to be.
Think about the characteristics you like in others and want to work on yourself.
If you want to be a more patient person, make that your focus. Your question then could become… Am I being a patient person? You can ask this at the end of the day. Have I been a patient person today? How can I be a more patient person?
Again, this is not about being perfect. It’s about becoming the person you want to be.

If you want to be a successful business owner, are you showing up as someone who is capable of being a successful business owner?

If you want to be a millionaire, are you behaving like a millionaire? As I said before, that doesn’t mean going out and buying a super-expensive car if you can’t afford it.
Instead, are you respecting your money, appreciating the money you have, managing your money well, building a super positive money mindset, and learning how to build more wealth?
Who do you want to be?
Go ahead and answer the question - Who do you want to be? Get really clear and answer from your heart. Don’t answer in a way that society tells you that you should be.
I encourage you to write your answers down.
Where are you Being that person and where do you need to make changes?
I want to be a good mum - I’m giving myself a big Yes, this is who I am being for this one and I’m confident my son would say the same.
I want to be someone who looks after my health - Urm, not always. I have some habits I’m working on.
Once, you get clear about who you personally want to be. It’s easy to see where you’re already being that person, yay you!
And it’s easy to see where you need to work on specific areas.
Decide who you want to be and show up
I’m not suggesting that it’s as easy as making a decision but it’s a really good place to start.
Keep it clear in your mind about who you want to be and keep showing up BEing that person as best you can.
You got this!
