An Easy To Use Technique To Use When You Feel "Not Okay!"
When you're not feeling okay, this is a quick technique to try.
Hey, how are you?
Now, of course, I hope you’ve had a good start to the week.
But today I want to share a special technique with you to use if you feel “Not Okay!”
I think most of us have ups and downs and don’t spend every waking hour feeling amazing.
You can use this technique if you’re just feeling a bit OFF or if you’re having a really rubbish day.
Place both hands (one on top of the other over the middle of your chest. This is known as the heart-healing point in energy work.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out slowly through your mouth.
Say “I’m okay. Right here, right now, I’m okay.”
You can even just say it in your mind.
You can have your eyes open or closed. I like to close my eyes if I can.
Repeat, keeping your breathing nice and slow, Take full breaths to signal calm.
An alternative is to tap the side of the hand instead of placing your hands over your chest.
These are both excellent energy points. Think of them as special doorways to your energy body.
Repeat as many times as needed.

What are you grateful for?
What is going well?
What have you achieved today/this week? These don’t need to be anything big. Everyday achievements such as making a meal or getting dressed are also achievements.
The Power of Keeping Achievements & Gratitude journals
I believe there’s a huge benefit to keeping gratitude and achievements journals. It can be the same journal and it doesn’t need to be anything fancy.
I recommend writing a minimum of three things that you are grateful for specific to each day and 3 things that you’ve achieved that day.
This helps to focus your mind on the positives that you already have in your life.
Yes, I have things that I’m already grateful for
Yes, I have achieved something today.
This helps on a day-to-day basis, especially on the days when you feel low or feel like you’re not making progress.
Your achievements don’t need to be anything huge. When I first did this, I was in a very low emotional state and I would write things like, I got up today. I took my son to school and I made a meal for us.
Of course, you can add more than 3 things each day but setting a minimum of 3 for each starts to retrain your subconscious mind to make sure you have things to add. It also sends a really powerful message to the universe about what you’re a match for.
