You can use affirmation loops on their own or with EFT.

Action flows naturally and easily from me
Repeat your affirmation loop regularly. The shift is working away in the background.
Your loop starts a thought spiral that supports you.
Let your loop be your starting point and come back to it regularly. From there, let your thoughts play, let them lift you and align you with what you want.
