A Shift In Mindset From I Can't To It Could Be Possible
How simple is this mindset shift? Yet, I think it's incredibly powerful.

Too often we don’t do things we want because we believe we can’t. Today I want to share a mindset tip to shake up your beliefs so that they make the things you want more achievable.
I’m a Mindset Coach but I certainly don’t think I know everything in this area. I love it when I pick up something new from someone else. Or in this case, get a reminder of how powerful small mindset shifts are.
That’s exactly what happened this week. I was listening to Kate Johnston’s Podcast - Eating Habits For Life.
Her example was “What if I could stop overeating?”
I’m a huge fan of little mindset shift like this.
By starting with “What if I could…? You make that shift from I CAN’T… which is a solid barrier - A fixed mindset block, to more of a mist in front of you that could be passable.
What if I could…? is also acceptable to your subconscious mind. Often when we try to jump straight to I can, we still have that voice in our head saying “No, you can’t”
